Woman to Woman Wellness Studio announces a wellness event to benefit "The Retreat" a shelter for victim's of domestic violence. Owner Barbara Kinnier will talk on the importance of community involvement to help break the cycle of domestic violence. She will demonstrate healthy smoothies, exercises on the stability ball and the application of essential oils. Participants will be educated on nutrition, encouraged to prayer and journal more on a daily basis as part of their wellness journey. Barbara will be collecting cell phones and offering free raffles with a suggested donation of $25 for "The Retreat."
